- Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen
- Preparing, cooking and presenting desserts, sweet products and bakery products
- Developing new recipes for the outlet
- Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure and tasteful presentation
- Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
- Monitoring the stocks of baking ingredients and replenish the stock
Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year working experience in F&B industries in managing pastries
- Be able to converse good in English, Bahasa & Mandarin / Cantonese
