Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions. Assists the pastry chef in controlling the smooth operation of the pastry kitchen. Prepares and cooks food in all areas of the pastry kitchen as and when directed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the pastry chef in the day-to-day operation of the pastry kitchen and to help maintain a high Standard of food presentation and quality of product.
Ensures pastry kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the pastry kitchen including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.
Controls the quality of the ingredients purchased and received
Participates in pastry menu designs

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
