Job Description

You'll get your hands dirty (with flour, butter, and sugar - the good kind).
You'll be part of our daily kitchen flow - learning the rhythm, standards, and systems behind running a busy pastry team.

We don't make coffee runs here. We'll teach you how to scale recipes, temper fillings, and make the perfect glaze that shines.

What You'll Learn & Do



Assist in daily mise en place and production (weighing, mixing, frying, glazing, filling) Learn the basics of dough fermentation and pastry consistency Support the team in doughnut assembly, packaging, and display setup Maintain hygiene, organization, and flow in the kitchen Observe R&D sessions and seasonal product trials when available Get exposure to real cafe operations and front-of-house rhythm

What We're Looking For



Students currently enrolled in a culinary or pastry program (or fresh graduates) Curious, hardworking, and eager to learn - we value attitude over experience Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment Minimum 3-month commitment
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM700.00 per month
