1. To be responsible in accurate Guarantee Letter (GL) issuance, call center, customer services, raise and send top-up. 2. To follow the schedule of benefits to send Final Guarantee Letter (FGL) and excess accurately 3. To ensure cases are attended within TAT and accurately 4. To process claims during the night shift, based on a roster basis. 5. To be well verse of clients schedule of benefit 6. To audit medical bills for billing accuracy 7. To be able to response accurately /answer customer/clients calls/inquiries
