Job Description

Prime function is to provide first level support to patients and their families. This includes assisting them with registration procedures, providing service and facility information, obtaining necessary information and coordinating delivery of care for registered patients.

• To analyse and respond appropriately to queries from customers via telephone and e-mail, whatsapp or wechat messages and working towards providing an appropriate solution.
• Processes customer requests for appointment, fertility treatment program flow, and follow up on outcome and after treatment service to promote loyalty.
• Establishes a rapport with the patient and family to learn what is the most important to them in their fertility treatment experience and their preferences. Communicates findings to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Responds to and investigates complaints and concerns and communicates identified issues to appropriate staff if any.
• Works with individuals or departments to limit or resolve delays in service and communicates delays to patients and families.
• Interprets philosophy, policies, procedures, and services to patients and their families as well as visitors.
• Consults, collaborates, and cooperates with colleagues, peers, supervisors, and other health care providers in a professional manner to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of patient care.
• Collects data about patient\xe2\x80\x99s database, prepares reports, analyzes trends, and reports information to HOD.

Other Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma Certificate in any field of studies
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Communication Skill
• Preferably Junior candidates specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
