JOB REQUIREMENT

• Possess a valid Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assisting, demonstrating a strong foundation in healthcare principles and practices
• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practise as a Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience working within a hospital setting, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of medical procedures, patient care, and hospital operations.
• Caring, honest and responsible worker.
• Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shift and weekends, public holidays, on call and anytime when called during emergency.
• Microsoft Office literacy.
• Prior exposure to outpatient care environments, highlighting the ability to manage and assist patients outside of inpatient settings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between patients, their families, and medical staff, ensuring accurate transmission of information and fostering a supportive healthcare experience.
• Skillful in maintaining accurate and confidential medical records and documentation, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
• Demonstrate an understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and exhibit sensitivity to individual patient needs and preferences.
