QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least

SPM

. Minimum

2 years of proven experience

as a patrolling officer or in a similar role. Strong ability to build and maintain

good interpersonal relationships

at all levels of the company. Able to work under pressure, with a

positive attitude

, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills in both

Bahasa Malaysia

. Able to start work on

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to patrol the assigned assignments.

Responsible to attend roll call / meetings / discussion / site visit.

Responsible to manage manpower at the assigned assignments.

Responsible to make sure the required equipment's / client's needs as stated in agreements are fulfilled.

Responsible to brief / motivate/ planning / coordinating the workers.

Responsible to prepare all the required daily / weekly / monthly documents by management such as timesheet / advance requisition / claim form / incident report / hostel audit report and other as per ISO standard.

Responsible for deployment process.

Responsible for new recruitments or to full fill the headcount.

Responsible to provide proper information to Superior / Branch Manager / HQ.

Assist in employee hiring / firing process.

Ensures to perform as per company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
