The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Assist in day-to-day (BAU) tasks related to ShopeeFood's Payment Operations Support daily IH (Issue Handling) case management and respond to payment-related inquiries, such as checking refund statuses or investigating discrepancies Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor key payment performance indicators Help identify opportunities to improve operational processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payment-related issues are resolved in a timely and accurate mannerRequirements:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, simple formulas) Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision * Background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields is preferred
