Report to the Payroll Accounting Lead, supporting payroll accounting for assigned countries.
Prepare analysis from ERPs to compensation and benefits accounts.
Handle reconciliations and resolve unreconciled accounts.
Support CFIN to HFM tie-out and monthly balance sheet reviews.
Manage payroll accounting processes, employee accruals, and T&E tasks.
Collaborate with HR, payroll specialists, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure accounting processes follow policies and recommend improvements.
Maintain and update process and procedure documentation.
Support regional and cross-regional payroll accounting projects.
Shared service centers, audit/professional firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte).
Preferred Attributes
Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA) is an advantage.
Shared Services experience.
Positive, professional, accountable, and proactive.
Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset.
Additional advantage: experience in SAP, Oracle, Pascal.
