- Accurately process monthly payroll and input related data, including bonuses and allowances.
- Review payroll reports for discrepancies and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Manage employee benefits and coordinate with HR to maintain accurate data in systems.
- Address employee inquiries about payroll and benefits, and assist with tax filings and year-end processes.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll accounts and support audits.
- Handle enrollments and changes in employee benefits, while liaising with providers to resolve issues.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or payroll administration.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., HR2000, Workday).
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
