Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst who is expertise in Payroll Process Job Responsibilities 1.Responsible for payroll processing function effectively within Global Shared Services environment. 2.Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements. 3.Ensure timeliness and accuracy of payroll processing function in accordance with Service Level Agreement. 4.Prepare and submit reports, statutory reports in accordance with Service Level Agreement. 5.Prepare payroll calendar. 6.Update shift and new year, public holidays, and annual leave carry over. 7.Participate in new payroll project implementation. 8.Participate in user acceptance test and Mock Run. 9.Validate payroll report, preparation of bank file, pay-slip and statutory reports. 10.Attend to employees and client's payroll queries. Job Requirements 1.Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accounting / HR or any other fields. 2.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Mandarin language (role requires candidate to liaise and deal with Mandarin speaking client). 3.Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good interpersonal skills. 4.Punctual, responsible to take ownership of job assigned and ready to work under pressure. 5.Positive attitude, fast learner, independent and good team player. 6.Open for fresh graduate to apply.
