Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, deductions, advance payments, etc.
Maintain and update payroll system for employee movements (new hires, promotions, increments, transfers, resignations, allowances, deductions, etc.).
Verify timesheets and liaise with internal teams and external parties for accuracy.
Manage end-to-end billing processing in line with pay listings and prepare billing details for clients.
Maintain proper filing of employee and payroll documents on a daily basis.
Attend to payroll and billing-related inquiries.
Perform any other duties or assignments as required by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
