Job Scope
Enter and update employee details in PAYROLL SYSTEM
Key in attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions
Process monthly payroll using payroll system
Generate payslips and payroll reports
Check payroll accuracy and resolve system-related issues
Assist with statutory deductions and submissions
Respond to employee payroll inquiries using system records
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information
