1. Payroll Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring all Payroll transactions are processed efficiently for our crews.
- Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.
- Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment and workers compensation payments if necessary.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
- Performed any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirement
- Must possess at least Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related field of study.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications.
- Working experience in HR and payroll would be advantageous.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in HR and Payroll, Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Able to work independently, good team player with effective time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
