Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Calculate salaries, wages, overtime and deductions accurately based on timesheets and other relevant data.
Process employee claims for benefits such as medical dental and optical coverage.
Communicate benefits information to employees, including eligibility criteria, coverage options and enrollments procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations and company policies related to payroll and benefits administration.
Collaborate with Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records of employee payroll and benefits information.
Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll and benefits data in compliance with data protection regulations.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll processing, benefit enrollment and claim administration.
Assist in conducting audits of payroll and benefits records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
