Handle the full cycle of monthly payroll processing for foreign workers.
Collate, verify, and calculate attendance data for payroll entry.
Prepare billing summaries and send them to clients for confirmation prior to invoice issuance.
Ensure all invoices are accurately prepared and sent to clients by the 7th of each month.
Generate monthly payslips for foreign workers and coordinate with the Operations Department for distribution.
Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal procedures.
Maintain payroll operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Adhere to all payroll policies and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to timesheets and payroll records.
Liaise and collaborate with various internal departments as needed.
Provide general administrative support and carry out any other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a
Professional Certificate or Diploma
in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum
2 to 3 years
of relevant working experience in payroll or administrative roles.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
Able to work independently with strong self-motivation.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
