Oversee the full cycle of monthly payroll processing for foreign workers.
Compile, verify, and input attendance data accurately for payroll computation.
Generate monthly payslips and coordinate smooth distribution with the Operations Department.
Investigate and resolve payroll or timesheet discrepancies in a timely manner.
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare detailed billing summaries and liaise with clients for confirmation prior to issuance.
Ensure all invoices are accurately prepared and sent to clients by the 7th of each month.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure payroll processing complies with internal policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information and uphold company standards of integrity.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects or assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
Professional Certificate / Diploma
in
Human Resource Management, Business Administration
, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience
in payroll or administrative functions preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
High level of
integrity, confidentiality,
and
professionalism

Self-motivated, independent,
and able to work with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, organized,
and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
