- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years experience in payroll and account assistant.
- Perform full spectrum of all payroll-related matters.
- Prepares payroll reports as well as payroll variance check and reconciliations.
- To prepare supplier payments according to the due date.
- Matching invoice to payment, prepare payment instruments, and obtain all necessary approval
- To handle any other human resource and administration duties assigned by superior
- Literate in computer Microsoft & Payroll system.
- Candidate who fast learner and keen to learn.
- Candidate who is disciplined with positive working attitude and able to work under tight deadlines & pressure also multitask.
- Able to work extra hours & posses own transport.
- Preferably female candidates.
- Age 25 to 30 years.
