  • Responsible for timely processing of Payroll
  • To handle submission monthly KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF and make sure payment made before due date.
  • Updating staff's personal file
  • Checking/monitoring attendance and leave application of company's staffs using InfoTech TMS system
  • Monitoring new staff joining date, staff probation period, staff contract end period
  • Preparing draft memo, notice letter or any HR related letters upon superior instruction
  • Ensure that all offboarding forms and documents for employees are collated and properly maintained in the personnel files.
  • Support HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning and development, and compliance
  • Monitoring tenancy period of office, company's car road tax insurance, machinery rental such photocopier machine, yearly permit renewal such as premise license and etc
  • Liaison with the other relevant departments including cost control to maintain cost effective purchase
  • To ensure stock delivery to the operation when urgent request require
  • Analyses delivery schedule and make necessary follow-up
  • Recording and filing of all purchasing related documents
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Direct Superior
Job description for account assistant
  • Issue payment
  • Ensure filing and documentations are properly recorded and up to date.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and issue cheques, verifies all deposits, handles discrepancies and problems.
  • Accounts receivables collection from individuals and/or institutions and reconciles customer accounts.
  • Accounts payable duties such as verifying all invoices for payment, ensure expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts.
  • Update records for fixed assets and all other financial documents as necessary.
  • Prepare inter-Company billings, prepare and issue cheques upon authorization.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
Key Requirements
  • At least 1- 2 years? experience in HR.
  • Knowledgeable in info-tech software
  • Fresh candidate are able to apply
  • Good understanding of regulatory legislation
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Able to handle stress and pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Start work immediately
  • Degree/diploma/ITE holder in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • At least 6 months -1-year experience in Accounts
  • Knowledgeable in DeepSky Software
  • Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge in handling full sets of account.
