Job Description

i) Compensation and Benefits:

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs that attract and retain top talent and retain talented employees.
• Conduct research and analysis to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages are competitive in the market.
• Conduct salary surveys, analyze data, and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness.
• Manage the administration of our compensation and benefits programs, including payroll and benefits enrollment.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and supervisors on compensation and benefits issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefits records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

ii) Finance:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and receipts, reconciling statements, and following up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and submit tax and regulatory filings, including GST, SST, and corporate tax returns.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funding for operations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports for senior management.
• Participate in the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors and other third-party service providers as needed.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties in accounting activities.
• Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial record.
• Assist with preparation of the audit process.
• Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
