An exciting Payroll Specialist job has just become available at one of the top FMCG companies based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

About the Payroll Specialist Role:
Due to excellent business results, the Payroll Specialist will play an important role in the company\'s continued development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for efficient and timely processing of employee\'s monthly payroll run, time attendance administration and leave management
• Account for payroll reporting, payroll posting and analysis
• Prepare and deliver the statutory reporting to related government bodies
• Be actively involved in improvement and digitalisation projects
• Manage the day-to-day HR operations and provide ad hoc support and information to the key stakeholders, finance team and other departments when required
• Support the vendor contract renewal and payment process

To succeed in the Payroll Specialist job, you will need a solid foundation in payroll and excellent stakeholder management skills

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Accounting or any related field
• At least four years experience in HR with specialisation in payroll
• Knowledge in statutory regulations, social insurance requirements and tax implications in Malaysia
• Prior experience in system migration process will be an added advantage
• Detail-oriented and works with precision
