  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in the HR industry in a similar role and capacity.
  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Accounting / similar disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of HR / ERP / Payroll systems.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws relating to the administration of payroll (i.e. statutory payments).
  • Proficient in using office productivity applications such as MS Office and G-Suite.
  • Able to cope in a high intensity and fast paced work environment.
  • Candidates from shared service or MNCs background are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
