Payroll Officer

Job Description


  • Collecting and verifying employees\' payroll information by gathering time-sheet after each pay period for almost 250 employees.
  • Uses a software system to input basic data into the payroll system
  • Completes payroll reports for record keeping purposes or managerial review.
  • Accountability for on time and accurate processing of all payroll related payments.
  • Resolving issues and answering payroll related queries from employees.
  • Ordering uniforms and safety equipment and preparing all related documents needed for site operations.
  • Managing guards security screening under Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) and other related matters.
  • Handling in correspondence.
  • Knowledge On Employment Act And HR Policies.
