Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for HR functional areas including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations and compensation & benefits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain HR documentation and filing, issue relevant HR correspondence letters and liaise with relevant statutory and authority including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, IRB, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track of staff confirmation, monitor staff contracts, expiry renewals and other employment-related due dates and prepare HR related letters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the manager in handling the recruitment process and achieving recruitment targets which include monitoring the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support and work closely with the agent on expatriate employment pass application including renewal and liaise with relevant authorities and statutory bodies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing including administering expenses claim in accordance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and submitting relevant reports for HR reporting. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of spoken and written English. The ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
