Perform payroll processing, claim, benefits management, reporting, and another file of administration accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
Training & Development
Assesses training and development needs of the organization based on business needs, skill demands, skill gap
Administer and coordinate various in-house and external training programs & activities for all levels of staff
Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirement in line with HACCP standards
Preparation yearly training needs analysis (TNA) and training plan.
Monitor and handle HRDF Submission & Claim
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Welcome fresh graduate
Able to work independently, multitask, meet critical deadlines and perform under pressure.
Positive work attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills toward all employees.
Posses strong integrity, high-level professionalism, and a mature approach.
Able to communicate with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
