We are looking for a Director to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the assigned Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating the overall strategy to drive the business forward, managing people and establishing sound policies for organizational growth. The ideal candidate should be a thoughtful Leader making decisions confidently, helping our people develop professionally, highly effective in growing sales and driving profits. In a nutshell, you will help our Company grow and thrive. Oversee day-to-day operations Design strategy and set goals for growth Maintain budgets and optimize expenses Set policies and processes Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Oversee recruitment and training of new employees Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Direct the employee assessment process Prepare regular reports and updates to Senior Management Team Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues (e.g. market and competitor analysis, employee productivity, future business growth) Experience / Qualification and Skills Diploma/Degree Holder with proven experience as a director or similar executive role Experience in planning and budgeting Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude
