Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications

5-7 years of relevant experience in the wide spectrum of talent management / organisational development / HR

Responsibility

  • Leading the team to enable the effective implementation of People & Culture priorities and BU specific initiatives in line with the people strategy
  • Responsible for the needs assessments to identify appropriate training needs, developing training content, and facilitating training and development sessions.
  • Responsible for coordination of learning and training programmes and events; and facilitation of in house learning sessions whenever necessary
  • Partner with teams and business leaders to assist in coordinating employee engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance organisation culture and live the company\xe2\x80\x99s values every day
  • Manage and monitor relevant audit documents & compliances, all employee-related policies (including the Code of Conduct)
  • Perform special projects & initiatives as needed and perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department and organisation as a whole
  • Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit\'s financial position, its strategic plans, its culture and its competition.
Skillset

Technical skills/knowledge :

Business Partner
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Support leaders resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Assists employees with regards to all HR matters
Talent Management
  • Overall framework include talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning, acquisition and more
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle
  • In depth understanding in competencies & capability development
  • Competent in career path & job levelling structure
  • HR/data analytics
Learning & Development
  • Good understanding with Development / Training Needs Analysis
  • Good course & training material design & development
  • Good with talent & leadership framework
  • Ability to facilitate learning session
Performance Management
  • In depth understanding on performance management processes
  • Overall processes include framework, bell curve, 9 grids, 360 and more
Organisational Culture
  • Good with eNPS
  • Engagement events & communications
Employee / Industrial Relations (will be a good advantage)
  • Good understanding on Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process
  • Good understanding on local authority policies (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia)
  • Experience in handling Domestic Inquiry, ER/IR cases will be an additional point
HR Admin
  • Good understanding on compensation & benefits structure (including payroll, insurance, benefits)
  • Familiar with HR core processes, including (but not limited to) employment letter, visa application, and offboarding

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholdering skills with the ability to interact proactively with people leaders and employees at all levels of the organisation
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, integrity and open-mindedness
  • Good coaching and collaboration skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and take direction as required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required
