WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO:

  • Responsible for multiple HR functions including employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent management, employee welfare, and office management.
  • Provide data-driven solutions to leaders in the creation of development plans that meet progression/succession and retention needs.
  • Actively collaborate on HR projects with multiple verticals in the department and organisation.
  • Track and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of HR-Business solutions, and measure behavioural outcomes.
  • Own the governance of processes and policies in the entire employee experience lifecycle.
  • Own the process of ensuring that employees\xe2\x80\x99 needs are met in the employee experience lifecycle.
  • Help to keep everyone engaged with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s values and business direction, create systems to engage with employees and develop a feedback loop with the management team.

  • The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
