Your Role Reporting to the GDM Asia People & Organisation Lead, this role is responsible for building and delivering a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Along with this, the role is required to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies and programs. Your Key Task HR Operations Oversight Manage the recruitment of roles, onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of leavers Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and procedures. Oversee and enhance HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Continuously evaluate and streamline HR operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. HR Reporting and Analytics Generate and analyze HR reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for data-driven decision-making. Present HR metrics and insights to leadership. Compliance and Policy Adherence Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date with changing legal requirements and organizational needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Employee Records Management Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential employee records. Manage document retention, data protection, and record-keeping processes. Payroll and Benefits Administration Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Address payroll-related inquiries and issues promptly. Manage and administer employee benefits programs and other benefits offerings. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues. Training and Development Support the design and implementation of HR training programs and initiatives. Ensure employees have access to relevant HR resources and information. Vendor Management Collaborate with external HR service providers and vendors to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness. Manage vendor relationships and contracts Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive HR operations experience In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information. Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field Good knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in HR software and tools.
