In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact by:

• Being a trusted P&O business partner
• Managing all P&O operations related matters in the region
• Collaborating with other P&O Partners in the APAC region to work on dedicated projects and key deliverables, as per P&O roadmap.
• Being the primary advisor for People and Leadership Development through collaboration with global Centre of Excellence
• Collaborating with recruiters for high level position recruitments
• Promoting P&O services and offerings through P&O tier model
• Driving global P&O priorities in the region with alignment through Regional Leadership teams
• Delivering high level service standards and always seek to improve processes and systems

Potentially relevant experience:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic HR services
• Broad set of experience and understanding of other disciplines in HR including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, project management, training & development.
• Proactive and accountable mindset to support business, employees and P&O team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with people at all levels independently
• Demonstrable capability of working in a multi-cultural, matrix-structured global organization
