Based in our office in Kuala Lumpur, you will be supporting our employees in the APAC region which includes offices in Australia, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan and Nepal. You will be joining a global team, reporting into the Head of People Excellence APAC and liaising with colleagues from all over the world!

Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for HR related queries within the APAC.
  • Support with policy updates and employment law changes.
  • Support the CoE\'s (People Development / Benefits and Compensation) on global projects that require implementation locally.
  • Work with the Head of People APAC in first line HR employee relation issues.
  • Draft and process HR-related documentation for employee visa\'s, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
  • Administers the onboarding and offboarding programs and administrative tasks.
  • Keeps up to date on current issues and matters in the organization related to the HR department.
  • Interprets, assists, and advises employees and managers regarding leave management and benefits administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
  • Assist with Employee wellness, work anniversaries, and recognition programs
  • Assist with the internal culture and office improvement team on social functions in the office, advise on events and initiatives from an HR perspective
  • And other duties as assigned.
