We\'re proud and excited to be changing the game when it comes to people-centric solutions.About the opportunityBased at our Head office (Subang Hitech) and reporting to the People Solutions Ops Lead based in Malaysia, by joining our People Solutions Team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support and resolving HR inquiries and requests. This role involves providing guidance to navigate our end-to-end people processes confidently and efficiently. You must be adaptable, offering tailored solutions as needed and as a trusted advisor, this role is expected to deliver practical and business-oriented HR advice and coaching across all organisational levels. Additionally, you will efficiently execute essential HR tasks to meet business requirements accurately. This role is pivotal in offering guidance across a spectrum of HR matters, ensuring policy compliance, nurturing positive employee relationships, and contributing to the overall organisational success. You should possess an in-depth understanding of HR practices, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approachAs a People Solutions Specialist you will:
  • Manage the execution of payroll within the region (Malaysia & Singapore) with the appointed vendor in compliance with local legislations.
  • Manage and administer local country benefits/perks offerings (i.e. insurance enrolment and termination, leave management, petrol card)
  • Serves as the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactor) system administrator and accountable to maintain accurate HR database and employee records.
  • Provide first level advice and guidance on HR matters relating to pay, leave and benefits. Resolve queries within the standard service level agreements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, suggesting innovative solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness by keeping up to date on labour laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support the submission of regulatory and appointed surveys.
  • Support activities relating to regulatory and audit related matters. You will be part of the team as it embarks on a journey of transformation into the digital era, making it a simpler and more modern place to work. As this change evolves, you will gain exposure to varied human resources inquiries and the position will progress to one which is more advisory in scope, enabled by both automation and human collaboration in providing people solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of payroll experience for Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or related roles
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactor will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • English language written & spoken proficiency
