The position of Performance Management Specialist under Telecoms Services and Capability covers different areas such as Performance Management, Vendor Management and Cost Transparency with focus on order processing, invoice tracking, service and billing reconciliation, hardware and service support and maintenance consolidation, and generating of monthly cost and usage reports. It is involved in monitoring of contract/service support renewal/expiry dates, dispute resolution, as well as process effectiveness and improvement to achieve departmental performance targets.As part of your daily responsibilities, you will be involved and have a direct responsibility for the following tasks:

• Service ordering, service cancellation, purchasing/billing, tracking of order delivery.
• Purchase ordering and process ownership (SAP, GeT/COUPA)
• Invoice tracking, invoice approval, cost reduction, vendor charges, and maintaining / updating all records
• Negotiation and agreement of service credits and re-bills due from suppliers.
• Conducting Telecoms transparency cost analysis, invoice processing and settlement agreements.
• Telecoms time / effort data collection as part of proposal preparation phase.
• Managing contract vendor realization with Telecoms Procurement and other departments.
• Managing on-going commercial relationship globally (ensuring that suppliers are operating and adhering to DHL policies such as compliance, security, etc.).

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what we are looking for:As a Performance Management Specialist, having a knowledge of financial concepts, especially with regards to purchasing, billing, 3rd party and external supplier management is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and strong attention to detail will also be an integral part of this role.You should have a good understanding of Information Technology, and IT service delivery, in particular the Telecoms environment. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.An array of benefits for you:
