Your team

You will be working with the Malaysia Performance marketing team who always pushes digital marketing boundaries to achieve better results. You will be reporting to the direct manager on achieving a dedicated development plan to help you grow in your professional and personal aspirations. Your main responsibilities

• Create and manage paid online marketing campaigns across different platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Search, Yahoo, Bing, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Day-to-day campaigns monitoring, tracking, reporting, and optimization
• Measure campaign performance through website analytics tools and provide actionable insights
• Optimize campaign accounts to achieve the best results and hit the target KPIs (Cost per Acquisition [CPA], Conversion Rate [CR], etc.)
• Build and generate reports of campaign performance regularly, delivering recommendations through data
• Work with other teams in brainstorming, planning, execution, and reporting for all campaigns.
• Be up to date on all digital marketing-related news.

What we expect from you

• You are a resident of Malaysia
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in paid media marketing
• Written and oral fluency in English is required.
• Analytical, hardworking, structured, self-sufficient, self-driven, and hungry to learn.
