We are also among the top spenders on Facebook ads in Singapore and are on track to expand while securing more prominent clients. Objective We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who has the skills to plan and execute social media advertising strategies, such as managing Facebook, and Google Ads for our digital media agency. On average, we run campaigns with 4-digit budgets (USD) per day. KEY RESPONSIBILITY Plan, setup, optimize & analyze digital advertising campaigns on Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Tiktok ads, Google Ads & Youtube ads (you will be oriented into our processes but we do expect some feedback from your experience) Write headlines & short copies when required, with the assistance of the copywriting team. Running Checks on the Lead Gen Flow, which includes software integration (eg, Zapier, gravity forms, webinar integration.) Using Facebook Tracking, Pixel setup, Google tag manager and Google Analytics, report on the numbers of the assigned marketing campaigns Give insights & feedback on how to do Adjustments & Scale ads according to the reported numbers. Coordinate and support other team members within and outside the marketing and web development team when needed. Work across departments to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization. Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders Define, measure, and evaluate relevant KPIs Oversee and manage overall paid media-buy budget. Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad-grouping and audience targeting Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies REQUIREMENT Expected to work over the weekends when key campaigns are running. You\'ll be given OIL after a campaign run completes (About 3 weeks). Proven Relevant experience as Media Buyer in Facebook/Google/Linkedin/Tiktok Ad Platforms. Good command of English and/or Malay or Chinese Language. Able to work under pressure and is a proactive person who takes ownership of their tasks. Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills Researching and developing ad buy strategies and evaluating the success of these strategies. Staying up-to-date on current marketing trends. Interest in following advertising and media trends & conversion optimisation software. Excellent communication skills Organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail Critical-thinking skills
