Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media or its equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years hands-on experience on Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads and Social Media Ads preferred.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Willing to learn or prior experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Search Console, UberSuggest, etc. -
• Copywriting skills are very important.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\'s success.

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

• Plan, create & manage Google Ads, FB Ads and any relevant ads across channels.
• Plan and Execute the lead generation and nurturing programs, and develop the digital customer journey to nurture and retarget audiences.
• Create, setup, and optimize targeted digital ads and live strategies to promote online conversion.
• Research SEM & SEO keywords to use throughout the company\'s website and marketing material. - Regularly perform thorough keyword research to identify new opportunities.
• Identify key SEO & SEM KPIs (Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts)
• Prepare and present reports to give a snapshot of performance over time.
• Plan, develop and implement our SEM & SEO strategy that increases the company\'s organic search engine result rankings.
• Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and SEM digital marketing trends and best practices. - Efficiently communicate & collaborate with other marketing team members to plan and align strategy & goals.
• Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
