Job Description

The Performance Tester works collaboratively with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize application behaviour under load, and ensure seamless digital experiences for internal and external customers. The focus will be on performance planning, test scripting, execution, analysis, and tuning to enhance system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness in a fast-paced, value-driven delivery pipeline. Identify critical flows, and system architecture to plan the performance testing. Create robust script using required protocols and maintain in GitHub. Use Unix/Linux shell scripts to analyze backend server resource utilization. Identify DB-related bottlenecks and recommend indexing/optimization strategies. Provide tuning recommendations and work with Dev/Infra teams to fix them. Contribute to Postman API testing for BAU. Monitor performance at staging level and prepare comparative report after changes.

Pay: Up to RM8,500.00 per month
