  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Possess driver license and be able to drive
  • Able to work abroad at any time
  • Able to work occasional overtime and cooperate with the director\'s time

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions
  • Providing administrative support
  • Manage the company accounts
  • Manage the diaries and schedules
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Create reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Run errands as requested
