Tanggungjawab
  • Handling the employer\'s correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and other communication.
  • Making travel arrangements for the employer, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Event planning in organize events, such as parties, fundraisers, and business events.
  • Assist and promptly response in quotation and proposal for prospect.
  • Promptly response in follow-up NB and email or submit and E-doc to HQ and captured the case.
  • Collect monthly premium renewal routine and well good manner response with client in phone response.
  • Admin work and claim follow-up by email communication until successful claim paid out.
  • Help team to recruitment and help new agent and teamwork.
  • Arrange doctor appointment for medical check up and follow up doctor report ready and E-doc to HQ.
  • Summarize financial report for client.
  • Helping Director in daily operation office.
  • Good problem solving.
  • Arrange schedule/meeting for Director.
