Job Requirements . Possess at least a Diploma in any field. . Experience in property management is an added advantage. . Good time management and good organization skills. . Able to interact with all levels of staff, vendors/ suppliers and business associates. . Proactive with sense of urgency, resourceful and ability to multi-task. . Good command of written and spoken English. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified s . Performing a broad variety of personal and administrative tasks including handlingcompany and personal errands. . Property management, e.g., tenancy & rental collection. . Property maintenance in regards to maintenance and repairs, in order to ensure theproperty remains in liveable condition for tenants. . Providing hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment. . Company cars maintenance, insurance & road tax renewal. . Scheduling of Drivers\' shift work and overtime. . Handling of domestic helper/ maid visa processing.
