Minimum qualification of Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies,
Environmental Studies or a any related field.
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in a similar role support senior management.

Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.(Mandarin will be an advantage)r
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel for creating reports, presentations and documentation.
Perform other ad-hoc jobs and responsibilities assigned by Director
Responsibilities
Work closely with Directors, all levels of stakeholders and internal departments to achieve greater operational efficiencies, facilitate effective communication, support decision-making and build relationships with partners.
Monitor department performance, provide strategic insights and effectively organize key meetings, producing useful reports and materials.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives including manage schedules, appointments and handle correspondence.
Draft and vet various contracts agreements, letters and other legal documentation (if applicable)
Oversee office operations, manage corporate secretarial duties and handle official documentation effectively.
Coordinate travel arrangements for business trips and assist
