Job in Brief :
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for Managing Director
Responsibilities and Duties :
Assist operations to streamline to ensure compliance
Prepare Powerpoint presentation kit and collating reports when required
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Liaise with relevant organizations and clients
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Basic photo taking, video taking and copywriting for MD's personal branding across social media
Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Log or process bills or expenses
Run errands as requested
What You"ll Need to Succeed :
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree Qualification is preferred. Legal background is an added advantage
Tech-savvy - actively using / know how to use social media i.e IG, FB, LinkedIn, Little Redbook preferred
Excellent command in English is preferred
Good writing skills in English is preferred
Familiar and know how to create Powerpoint Slides is preferred
Meticulous and street smart
Organization and multitask skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
