Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and time-management skills, capable of multitasking and handling sensitive information with discretion.   • Manage the MD\'s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management and coordination.
  • Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, screening phone calls, and redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the MD, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences, coordinating logistics, and liaising with relevant parties.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for the MD\'s review and decision-making.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy access when needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, budgeting, travel arrangements.
  • Support the MD with personal tasks as required, such as running errands or coordinating personal appointments.
  • Collaborate with other team members and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the MD in line with the role and responsibilities.
  • Follow up with the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
    Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin.
