\xef\xbb\xbfOur client is a start-up in Malaysia, with a long-standing presence in Australia, specializing in the vegetables and meat industry.Job Responsibilities:
- Organise meetings
- Liaise with suppliers
- First point of contact - answering all incoming calls
- Handling administrative requests
- Book travel arrangements
- Developing and managing spreadsheets
- Organising internal business operations
- Liaise with IT and external contractors
- Provide support to our sales team
- Maintain an organised office, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times
- Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating replenishment needs, and placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives
- At least 3 years experienced in a similar role
- Attention to details
- Reliable
- Ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated intermediate - level skills in Microsoft word, excel and Outlook
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team member
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills
- Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills are essential
- Ability to multi-task, manage your time and prioritise tasks
- Able to travel around and possess own transport.
