To provide secretarial support including organizing and preparing meeting agenda, talking minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails and maintaining the filing system.
Organize and manage COO calendar and appointments. Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
Assist in COO corporate, business and investment related activities, task and projects which include record keeping, liaison, coordination, scheduling, monitoring projects, research and analysis.
Implementing and maintaining procedure/administrative systems.
Acting as the first point of contact between HOD\'s and internal/external clients via phone calls and other methods of communication.
Assist and work with legal in all document reviews before sending in for management signatory.
Assist in collating reports and presentation material for COO.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the COO
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Administrative, Management, Communication, Public Relation or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 year(s) of relevant working experience as a Secretarial, Senior Executive or Personal Assistant to Managing Director or Director.
Good command of written and spoken in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
Mature candidates with good initiative, trustworthy, self-motivated, team player with the ability to maintain high confidentiality and excellent planning and organization skills to prioritize work and detail-oriented with an analytical mind and follow-up with deadlines.
Ability to work independently; multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-pace environmental with a high degree of confidentiality.
Meticulous, systematic and strong sense of responsibility.
A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision, possess good interpersonal skills and initiative.
Computer literate.
Fresh graduate with excellent result in mathematic are welcome.
