Responsibilities: Assisting CEO and General Managers with daily administrative-related work.
Handling general secretarial work.
Maintain filing system and assuring accurate document filing for easy access & retrieval.
Liaise with external parties such as answering calls, taking messages, screening phone calls, and furnishing information where possible.
Involve in Customer service or Client management.
Planning & Project management.
Possesses basic knowledge of Sales orders, Purchase orders, Delivery orders, and logistics functions.
Other duties assigned by the immediate superior or management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good command of (both spoken and written) English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as other local dialects.
Tactful and discreet in dealing with confidential information.
Familiar with the daily operation of a manufacturing company.
Being proactive and flexible.
Able to meet deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
