Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related in field. Past experience in property/ related fields will be an advantage.
Possess a positive attitude, and able to work extremely independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, completing tasks and demands with tight deadlines.
Pro-active, quick, dependable, independent, highly organized, resourceful team player with a strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn.

Have working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

To assist and provide high level confidential support to the Director\'s business matters by providing a full secretarial and administrative service.
To arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
Assist in corporate and business-related activities, projects which include record keeping, coordination, scheduling, liaison, research, and analysis.
Draft and vet various contracts, agreements, letters, and other legal documentation (if applicable).
Acting as a first point of contact; handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, email notifications and instant messaging when required.
To facilitate meetings and presentations between internal and external parties.
To record information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce minutes or follow up points.
Manage and organize confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organized filling system for smooth data retrieval.
Must be able to work in fast fast-paced environment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Perform other ad-hoc jobs and responsibilities assigned by the Director.
