Job Description


1. Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.2. Quick Thinking and Capable: Must be quick on their feet, able to think on their own, and handle tasks efficiently and effectively.3. Female: Preference for a female candidate4. Fast Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts and tasks swiftly, adapting to the fast-paced work environment.5. Strong Computer and Phone Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of computer applications (MS Office-Word, PowerPoint, Excel and English proficiency) and phone technologies to support the boss effectively.6. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with stakeholders.7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage appointments, schedules, and tasks effectively.8. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and communications.9. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate issues, think critically, and provide solutions proactively.10. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work demands with a positive attitude.11. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and represent the boss in a positive light.12. Discretion and Diplomacy: Exercise tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive situations and interactions.Responsibilities

  • Address and manage requests and inquiries in a timely and suitable manner.
  • Organize and maintain the manager\'s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Arrange travel plans and accommodations as needed.
  • Take dictation and accurately transcribe meeting minutes.
  • Procure office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and briefs as required.
  • Develop and uphold an organized office filing system.
  • Maintain contact with business associates and check on inquiries as needed.
  • Attend events on weekends as required.
  • Be available for outstation or travel trips when required.
