Job Description


Due to the expansion of our international trade company, we are urgently hiring 1-2 Personal Assistants to the Chairman for a long-term residence in Malaysia.

  • Well-groomed appearance, good physical health
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, proficient in Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication; Malaysian locals preferred
  • High school education or above; prior experience in the service industry is an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle all household affairs
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of domestic staff (drivers, caregivers, etc.)
  • Accompany and provide translation during daily trips
  • Handle household accounting and prepare brief data reports.
  • Manage daily household purchases (daily necessities, groceries, etc.)
