Ensure that all personal and corporate matters are managed effectively to support the day-to-day operations
Manage professional and personal scheduling including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
Communicate and coordinate appropriate arrangements between internal and external stakeholders while providing timely advice and reminders on matters relating to your expertise, including record and disseminating minutes of meetings, correspond and follow up with appropriate parties.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all levels of staff
Establish, maintain and ensure the timely update of the correspondence filing systems (both hard and soft copies) while ensuring that all activities supported are traceable and accessible as required
Undertake personal errands, special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
